Refunds and cancellation

Refunds
Every reading and session is paid in advance. If we cannot deliver your reading, or cannot hold your session, you receive a full refund. Refunds are not given because of disagreement with a reading's content once it has been delivered, or once a session has been held. This does not affect any legal right you have in your country that cannot be excluded.
If a reading is late, is missing a section we list, or is not what we described, tell us. We will put it right or refund you. UK and EU law also gives you rights if a reading or session is not as described or not done with reasonable care and skill.
Cancelling before delivery
You can cancel a request at any time before you pay. After you pay, you can cancel by writing to [email protected] until we begin preparing your reading, and we refund you in full. UK and EU customers: if you cancel before your reading PDF is delivered, we refund you in full.
UK and EU customers
You have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. The 14 days start the day after we confirm your paid order. When you ask us to start your reading within that period, and tick the box to say so, your right to cancel ends once the reading PDF has been delivered to you. For a Foresight Session held within that period at your request, if you cancel after preparation has begun you pay for the work done, and once the session has been held in full you can no longer cancel. You can use our model cancellation form, but you do not have to.
Rescheduling a session
You can move a session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. A session missed without notice counts as held.
How refunds are paid
We refund you within 14 days of the day you tell us you are cancelling, or of the day we tell you we cannot deliver. We pay it back the same way you paid. There is no fee.
Your confirmation
When we confirm a paid order, our email records what you bought, the price, and, for UK and EU customers who asked us to start within the 14 days, that request and when your right to cancel ends.
